Came here with my work truck to get into emissions and oil change done, but we ended app finding out that the Fleet service my company uses doesn't cover everything, but despite that, they were so willing to help me get taken care of and check things even if they couldn't do a full oil change in emissions on my vehicle. I'm really, really impressed with our customer service and how sweet everyone was.I've always had issues with going to auto shops but they made me feel super comfortable.I don't think I'll go anywhere else with my personal vehicle after this service
I don’t know who dreamt up this model but they probably had 2 set of twins and Irish triplets…. or maybe I’m just projecting! I Bob Rossed my way to this happy accident when Pep Boys could t do an emissions test and directed me here. I had seen signage but never visited. First off, I was already excited to hear they could accommodate a walk in after 5:00pm after a long day of running errands and having 5, very tired children in the car- but then they offered water. FOR ALLOF THEM! And then- to calm a very tired and over stimulated neurospicy 6 year old. And THEN they didn’t flinch when the 6 year old began shrieking. Everyone stayed calm and were very supportive. They made a stressful situation easy.
Fantastic service! Well first, they offered us waters! But really, they were very transparent with everything they did. We did our emissions and oil change, it was very quick and easy. We were still there for like 30 minutes but they changed my windshield wipers and when one didn't lay correctly, they tested the blades then replaced it again so they wouldn't leave us with a funky wiper! I think going to places like this where they work on your car while you are in it can be really awkward, but they didnt make it awkward at all! You can tell they are very good at paying attention to detail and making sure you have a great experience. 10/10!

These guys are great. There was a bit of a line when I got there, but I couldn’t believe how quickly they pumped everyone through. They were fast the Thorough and Expedient. Their customer service and interactions were positive and fun. Which of course makes these errands so much more pleasant. I will definitely be going back there in the future.
