Although there is a Take 5 location much closer to me near Commercial, I make the drive to this specific location because the service is unmatched. Jared and his entire team go above and beyond every single time. They take the time to explain everything regarding my vehicle in clear detail, which I truly appreciate. I am always highly satisfied, and I will gladly continue trusting the professionals here with my car's care. Thank you!

Been coming here for the last two years. The guys that work here are attentive, fast and professional. They don’t try to push extra product or services on you, but they do a thorough check and let you know what you may want to consider changing in the future. I’ve never had a problem at this location and will be coming back for my next oil change. The TAKE5 located @ SE Military is a Crew of Professionals, The leadership is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. The work performed on my vehicles has always been complete, satisfactory and professionally done. The company also offers a "TOP-OFF" service which includes an oil check after the initial service has been completed. Absolutely dedicated service. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. PLUS! During the service the staff information one another what each bay is working on. Teamwork. Thanks Again Guys🇺🇲

Would like to start off by saying first the location off of military and Roosevelt area is by the far best place I like to visit and get services done due to the staff and Work that is done. Mind you I live by two other take fives but the staff at this location has been the best I’ve ever dealt with. They do everything they can to take care of you and I really appreciate that especially as a customer.

I was given a water upon arriving. I waited about 8-10 minutes for a bay to open up. Once in a bay, I was greeted again and treated kindly. My vehicle and i were taken care of. While one person was inputting my information into the computer, another was checking my tire pressure, and another was getting the filter for my vehicle. Never once did I feel uncomfortable, like I normally do at these types of places. Fantastic experience! I will NOT be returning to Brake Check. I wish Take 5 had a loyalty system to get a discount or free oil change after so many visits.
