I went to this location because they had some of the highest positive reviews in all of Georgetown for a service shop. I had a great overall experience. I was the only customer at the shop when I arrived on a Tuesday morning so three technicians attended to my oil change and free fluids check. The price charged was reasonable to begin with. However, my other main reason for going here, aside from the positive reviews, was because I had a 50% off coupon up to $25 in value. I got great service and a good discount.

i came after work and there was only two guys there dealing with another customers issue. I had to wait 30 minutes… But when they were able to wrap up the other customers issue they took Exceptional care of me! It was worth the wait, they paid attention to details on my car & caught an issue the dealership missed and replaced with all the right parts by the time i checked with my husband on the parts to make sure they had- they already had it. It was an extra part that required knowledge & awareness so i am really proud of the young men! Good job guys! 6:30pm 03.30.26 💪🏼

Great customer service they went above and beyond while servicing my vehicle, very respectful individuals at this location. They were transparent they informed me on the status of my fluids and gave me suggestions that were not to upsell. They were honest about the quality of my coolant levels they verified my oil level after the change was complete and they checked for leaks. I am very satisfied with the outcome from this location.

All great gentlemen. I was very unknowledgeable about the routine, as a recent widow. They were honest and forthright about the procedure. They also always asked permission before entering car or touching anything. I was nervous about servicing my car, and they took it seriously and compassionately. I will be back.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! !! I’ve never been to any where to service my car and get such wonderful service. The manager and his employee, Juan greeted me with a pleasant welcome and water to drink while I waited. The service was fast and accurate. Devin the manager doubled checked the work that was done to make sure everything was done correctly. An excellent manager! The prize was reasonable and they explained the work that needs to be done with understanding. Devin made sure my reminder was set so it alerts me when my oil needs changing. I left the Take 5 in Georgetown very happy and well taken care of. Great job Juan!
