I never thought I would describe and oil change as fun but this one was. I came in late bc they where the one shop still opened and I will definitely be back. The 3 people working where fantastic. They where helpful and where talking and joking with me the entire time. The people made the experience fantastic. I have worked customer service my whole life and these people have that down pat. Definitely recommend.
Hey Yall TAKE 5 is awesome you must go pay Matthew and Lucille a visit. They took care of us and gave us great info on the company and what they do.Did you know if you go back before your miles are up on your oil change they will top off oil and all fluids you need free of charge?Like come on,where will you get service that offers that.Plus gives you drinks and smell goods for your vehicle on the house.You can’t beat it”
The Take 5 is brand new in Gainesville, the people were still learning the system, so instead of a 10 to 20 minute oil change it took about 40 to 45 minutes. The crew that was working were very nice and if you asked questions and they didn’t have the answer they made sure you had the information you wanted. I do think the price was little high but will probably still use them because they stay open later and it is more convenient me.
Very friendly and helpful did a great job did not have to wait and was able to remain in my Truck. However in today's economy be prepared no more 30 dollar oil cha ges. You will be pleased with Take 5 oil Change
I just got an oil change. It was my first time trying Take 5 and had an excellent experience. Mary and Matt were the technicians and they were quick, professional and provided great customer service! I’ll definitely be back!
