Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change here in the Prosper / Celina area and had a great experience. These guys are dialed in. The service was fast and efficient, but what really stood out was how professional and welcoming the whole team was. They took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me and actually explained things in a way that made sense.

Love another oil change closer to me in Celina. And they ARE quick! And not pushy to do extra service. I just want an oil change and they get that. They did say to look into another service next time, but they didn’t dance around trying to push it on me. Oh! And I got a decent Veteran discount. Definitely my new go-to for an oil change. Fast, friendly, non-pushy.

Someone needs to offer that young man a sales job, he anticipates people’s needs, offers upgraded and additional products (not in a pushy way) and lets you know when you don’t need something but will probably need it the next time. He and his team even offered us water while we waited!
