I was greeted when I pulled in at the Bay City Texas location. The Technician inquired as to what service I wanted and offered me a cold bottle of water. My air filter was removed and checked as the oil was being changed. The Tech asked if I wanted my differential checked and showed me the plug, suggesting that the oil be changed as well. It had never been drained so I told him to go ahead. Very nice people and I will be going back when my oil needs changing again

Excellent service! And Natalie is so knowledgeable about cars! Also she showed me where my AC filter is..behind the glove box. She changed it and I don’t think it’s ever been replaced! It was beyond filthy! And what a difference it made in my AC!
