I was visiting Amarillo to watch college baseball. I decided to get my oil changed before the first game. I have never been to a Take 5 shop before. After my experience, I will definitely visit a Take 5 in Fort Worth the next time I need an oil change. The folks at the Amarillo store were awesome. They were polite, professional, and great to work with. No pressure to buy additional products just polite and honest. If you’re looking for a place in Amarillo to get your oil changed try Take 5, you won’t be disappointed.
I have always had a great experience at Take 5. The service is incredibly fast without feeling rushed, and the staff moved methodically. It was quite impressive. They always explain everything, answer my questions, and make the whole process smooth from start to finish. The team make the visits feel more like customer care than just a routine stop. Overall, the combination of speed and knowledgeable staff make this one of the easiest oil change experiences every single time. I highly recommend them.
Great fast service from the team out there. I had to drive from Houston to Denver because of all the airport chaos and on my way back realized the car needed an oil change as I hit Amarillo. Pulled in just before lunchtime before guys went on their break. They knocked me out and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. Great service if I ever need an oil change in Amarillo I’m coming back here.
From the moment that I pulled up til I left, the entire staff was very kind and professional. They weren’t pushy, just asked what I needed. Showed me my filter, and gave me other options without being pushy. Zach was my technician and was very friendly. The kid has personal skills. You could tell they work very well as a team.
This was my first time at a Take 5 oil change and I was blown away! I could hear each employee saying what they were doing and responses like “heard!” To make sure everyone was safe. Zach, the guy who talked with me, was so nice and explained everything so well. They were kind, personable, and most of all, fast! They will definitely be getting my business again.
