Truth be known, I don't believe I have ever used a "quick stop oil change" place before. I typically use my local garage that handles my other automotive needs. However, I found myself in a situation where I really needed an oil change on a vehicle my son was driving back to college the next day. So, I gave Take 5 in Oakland a chance.

Omri helped service my car today and had great customer care! As a woman, you can sometimes feel like being in these service industries they try to take advantage of you and take advantage of your possible lack of knowledge, and I work in the car industry, and I thought he was very respectful and went over every process with me and gave me his best professional advice and didn’t take advantage of me in any type of way. Great price. Great customer service and will definitely be back for my next oil change.

I’ve never had this done before any oil change facility. He was thorough in explaining all of my service options as well as breakdowns of each cost. I extremely appreciated the discounts that Take 5 were offering at the time of my service. The team was efficient in their work and got me in and out of there in about 10 minutes!

Take 5 took a huge load off of my shoulders! They got me in & out in 20 minutes tops & I never felt rushed or as if the techs didn’t have my best interest at heart!! They gave me the oil that I needed instead of trying to upsell me to something double the price, which is rare! They also did offer wipers & an air filter but I needed BOTH of those. They were professional & I definitely will be using them again!
