My experience was efficient, thorough, and went above what I expected. I had gone to another location for an oil change in Greeneville and didn't have a good experience, so I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my visit at this location today. Blake S did a fantastic job with telling me issues that he spotted from my previous oil change and he made sure to answer my questions about warning signs that had popped up on my odometer. Additionally, Blake offered but didn't overly push other offers with my air filters and oil options, so I was happy that my visit felt like a genuine service rather than a exaggerated sales pitch. I look forward to coming back here in the future.

First time here and I was nervous. I was surprised by how many women were in the shop and I enjoyed how they explained everything and what all I needed for my car. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They told me cost before I decided to do anything, which I also enjoyed. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off because I’m a female and don’t know a lot about cars. Emma was wonderful to talk to. Overall a wonderful experience.

We have used Take 5 for several years and have visited several locations. While in Greeneville running errands we decided to get our oil changed at the new Take 5 location in Greeneville and they did not disappoint! From the moment we drove up till we drove away the staff here was top notch and extremely friendly. We had our Golden Doodle with us and he was so excited they had dog treats as well. First impressions mean a lot and these guys/gal went above and beyond!! Thank you Take 5 in Greeneville,Tn for the service we received. Yall are awesome!!!

Went in there today because that wheel well thing came down on my car and was scraping my tire. Journey and another awesome woman who's name unfortunately has escaped my old brain, fixed me right up and sent me on my way no charge. An act of kindness that makes me know where im spending my money from now on. Thank you.

Colton and his crew are the best. They found damaged oil drain from previous company and resolved the problem. They showed me the damaged parts and fully explained how they replaced them. My wife and I were given cold bottled water while repairs were being completed. Complete fluid check, new air filter, pressure check on all tires. Team was super organized with clear communication at all times. Great people. Do not use any other shop in Greeneville, Tn. Highly Recommend!
