This place was amazing! I bought a used car about a month ago and went in for my first oil change today. The guys there were friendly and fast and when they encountered an issue with my oil plug, they went out of their way to try to get supplies from a local autoparts store to fix it. When it still wasn't able to be done there, they called a local mechanic and told them what happened and got me in with them right away. After all of that, they didn't even charge me for their service since I would have to go elsewhere to get it finished. They were so polite and thoughtful and went above and beyond to take care of my car and me! I can't recommend this place enough!
First time having my oil changed in my fleet vehicle at take five montgomeryville PA . Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by Jack with an cold bottle of water. His attention to detail was amazing. He inspected the cabin filter, engine, air filter, and changed my oil. It took very little time for him to do the complete service . I could tell right away that I was in good hands.I will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Jack!
I stopped in to the Take5 oil change on 309 in Montgomeryville,PA and I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and 2 very helpful team members (Kenny and Sean)who were very friendly and made my experience a pleasant one! Everything was clearly explained to me and they were not pushy at all for me to buy anything my car didn’t need ! I highly recommend this Take5 location and tell them the lady in the VW beetle sent you !
Amazing customer service ! A young man named Tylor was very quick when changing my oil. He also was kind enough to explain everything he was doing to my car, for instance he explained my type of engine and how its known to burn through oil rather quickly than others ! Very helpful information. Great service and great staff !
I recently went to the Take 5 shop in Montgomeryville, PA for an oil change. The team that worked on my car - Kenny, Daniel and Sean are professional, friendly, and efficient. They answered my questions thoroughly and offered additional assistance where it was needed. I will be back when the next oil change is due!
