Me and my mom came in to get an oil change, and When we got there, it was a little bit of a wait, but Phillip Came right over to us to apologize and gave me and my mom a couple bottled waters, which were definitely needed at that time ! But overall, Philip Took care of us and he did an amazing job. He’s funny he’s bright, And even though we had to Wait a little bit the whole time he made sure we were comfortable. And the New owner that took over is making things right, he makes sure his customers leave happy and makes you feel important. I highly recommend going to them for an oil change etc! because me and my mom are definitely going to be coming back!
The team on Bechtle ave are a group of good people. When I arrived they greeted me and made me feel welcome. Phillip is very charismatic and paid attention to every detail throughout the process. Chase and Jacob took great care of my oil change and coolant flush. They made sure I understand what needed done and what was happening along the way. Luke also assisted with the coolant flush when there was an air bubble stuck in the system. They worked together and got it done. This is a great location with great people and they will be getting my business again.
The great guys who worked on my car were Phillip and Chase. When I tell you, I went there 1st thing after work, there were very professional and went above and beyond. Any Take 5 Oil place I have been to, are professional and get the job done right. But these 2 guys explained EVERYTHING to me, to were I could understand. Both are very knowledgeable! Take 5 Oil Change in Springfield, OH, y'all KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, PHILLIP AND CHASE!
This was the 1st time using a Take 5 Oil Change facility and I will definitely make this my new norm. I used the Bechtle Ave. Springfield location and as I pulled up the manager brought me a cold bottled water and explained everything. The staff were all friendly and joking with each other and it was just a great atmosphere with wonderful customer service which is a rare find these days.
Honestly, the last place I'd leave a review for would be an oil change place, but this place is special. I pulled up, they gave me a water. Didn't try to sell me on a bunch of junk I didn't need and answered questions I had without issue. In addition to that, it was nice to bullshit with somebody that has a sense of humor while they were working.
