My first time! Everything was clean and organized. Staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Showed me what needed done as they went and recommended what should be done without pressuring me. I’m usually a dealership customer for these things but my experience may have changed my future choices. I quite liked being able to see what was actually being done! All in all very good experience for me.

Third time I have been here. This place is absolutely great. The team is good. They explain everything in detail and even show you tests like I need my coolant replaced. Cause it has 90% water and explained why the funny thing is, I came home and asked my husband about it. And he said they were exactly right that makes them very trustworthy. I appreciate everything even when they give you a bottle of water when you're pulling in for however, many people are in the car you get one too. Five stars every time. I would definitely recommend this place

I went in and the manager came out gave me a water and told me an outline of what was going to be done. There were two guys working and I was the fourth car to be done. I expected a longer wait. Once I was in the shop the two guys were very polite and competed cars efficiently. Another customer didn’t think the same and stirred quite a scene, cussing out the workers and customers. I can’t blame the company for the clients but it was part of my experience. After the guy left the manager was profusely apologizing for the scene and for the profanity due to a child being in another car. After this another employee came in and the three of them got the other cars done. Just a rough day on the job I guess but I was grateful to see the customer service. Prices were higher than other places I’ve gone, $115 for basically the simplest oil change. Although I’m undecided if I’ll go back. I encourage you to give it a shot!

Great costumer service. .Happy with all they did and explain to me about the service they provided, they show me the new filters as they installed them, suggested to me i needed a cooling flush but didn't have to get it like right now if i didn't want to, wish i did get and glad i did couse that thing came out brown, Happy customer.

The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I think their names were Tyler and Evan. They tested my coolant and showed me the results. ewww I definitely needed new coolant. I appreciated the time they took to explain everything. I got an oil change and coolant replacement.
