My experience was magnificent. Seriously, it was 7:30am ROMAN and Sherod gave me some of the best knowledgeable service that I have ever experienced at an oil servicing location.They were kind friendly and very educational about my vehicle. I used to go to VALVOLINE—- not anymore. I am an official TAKE 5 customer now. I greatly appreciate good people servicing customers like this. I also like the sign that says blow your horn if you’re happy with your service.. HONK HONK..!!
I went to the S High Street location and let me tell you the service from the time I ebeter3d the parking lot until I left was absolutely the best service I have ever recieved from a quick pil change company. The employees were super nice and efficient at their tasks. I also git windshield wipers though they didn't have the correct wipers they made it work and I think it actually cleans the window better than the old ones ever did. Thank you guys I will definitely be back
I had such an amazing experience here! !! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They had to take my splash shield off (which was previously zip tied on) during my service and didn’t have any on hand so they offered to hold the part and go buy extra zip ties and have me come back later to reassemble it for free. Exceptional service and went above and beyond :) very quick service too!

I was really impressed with the technician showing me my filter and saying it didn't need replaced yet. There's always a concern when taking my car in anywhere that people will try to stop me on things I don't need. I appreciate honesty. Take 5 was fast and thorough. I will definitely be back.
