I will tell you my experience and believe me you will try them. The day I pulled in for my oil change there was a 2025 Toyota Crown platinum, they come with a three year or 36,000 mile free oil change tire rotation when he took it to Toyota they refused the changed the oil at 5000 miles so he decided to take it to take five. We’re talking about a $50,000 car with 5000 miles on it that he put in the hands of these professionals, we all know they’re fast but they’re also efficient professional and is kind as they come. Affordability number one, so do it yourself a favor give them a try. What do you have to lose no one one’s gonna beat their prices unless it’s free just like that last gentleman, but he still took it there. Give him a try.
I don't think I was in for more than 20 minutes tops to have an oil and filter change, cabin air cleaner exchange and radiator fluid exchange. All for a very reasonable price. And the staff were kind and courteous and answered all questions I had. They assited me with resetting my oil life on my SUV without an attitude and even explained how to do it. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone that this is the place to go for these types of services. WAY TO GO TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE, FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The female associate was especially skillful and diligent in her professionalism. The recommendation was for high mileage synthetic oil change and differential fluid to be changed. My truck has never felt so powerful and smooth. I think this staff should receive the highest recognition for their outstanding service and skill.
Went yesterday for an oil change. Its my 2nd time Ive been back and this staff is hands down the absolute best. Friendly, honest, and quick. They offer add ons but are honest and will even show you the filters to prove if its dirty or clean. Best experience Ive had out of many places I’ve gone to get my oil changed. This staff and location are the best!!
I had my oil change at the Take 5 location on Bagley Rd in Middleburg Hts. yesterday. Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable. The team worked well together. He recommend a new air filter and replaced my windshield wiper blade, which saved me a trip to another store. I used a coupon without a problem. I had a great experience. Thanks, Jack! Definitely recommend using Take 5 Oil Change and this location was great!
