Cambio de aceite en 4157 Sunset Rd en Take 5 #1021

Pulled into the driveway of the Take 5 on Sunset Road. They had one vehicle already in a bay and safety cones in front of the other two bays. Before I could even get the vehicle into park, the crew was already removing the cones in front of the middle bay and one crew member was approaching my vehicle with a bottle of water to ask me what type of service I was needing. I pulled into the bay and two crew members began the familiar service routine. Then there was a longer pause as I heard a discussion between the crew about a missing “crush ring” washer with the drain plug from a previous service I’d received at a different location. I had noticed some oil drops in the driveway of my residence after the previous service and had wondered if it was from the older and high mileage(bought the Subaru new in Fall 2007 which now has over 255,000 miles)valve cover and oil pan gaskets or if something else was involved. They located a replacement and completed the service, informing me of the two aforementioned gasket oil leaks and additionally included them in their computer report as had the previous service members at other locations. Overall very satisfied with their professional, courteous and efficient service. Most likely will revisit when I’m once again back working in this area.

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The service was quick, efficient, and super convenient—I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The staff was friendly, professional, and walked me through everything they were doing, which I really appreciated.

I usually don’t take these surveys, but the experience was top-notch. They met me with a cold bottle of water, professionally serviced my vehicle within 15 minutes and told me exactly what my vehicle needed. It seemed like the shop was ran by a group of young men, but they were extremely professional. I wish that they were my young nephews and cousins. Great job done by all. I will be back.(Second time this year, I’ve been serviced by them)

I went to the Take 5 off Sunset Rd and even though I had to wait a bit, they communicated very well! ! They apologized for the wait, their customer service was on point and that I appreciated! They took care of my car and that’s exactly what I needed! I’ll definitely be back!!

I usually change my own oil. But last week I had no time , so I stopped by the sunset location , and that's where I met nolan. Nolan was hands down very informative , patient and all around the best. He not only explained the air filters. While my oil was burning so fast and a few other things, he even took the time to tell me other ways to improve. The lifespan of my car.
