This was the best visit from a service and operation standpoint and I have been coming here for almost 4 years! So keep getting the right team members in, it MATTERS! Thank you to Colin and AJ this morning they were professional, quick and worked really well as a team to get myself and everyone around me taken care of. I didn’t want to get the filter, but Colin did a side by side comparison for me and after turning down this add on EVERYONE visit it was hard to ignore what he educated me on today. AJ was very upbeat and positive! This is honestly my best experience ever at any oil change company! I hope it stays this way, See you next time :-)

JB and his team provided excellent customer service for me 30 minutes before close. I had my oil changed yesterday at a competitor location. Found a large oil leak in my garage this afternoon after getting home from work (and driving 4+ hours the day before!) — picture attached. The other location was closed, so I drove to Take 5 and explained my situation to JB. He troubleshooted the issue, identified the problem (filter wasn’t tightened nor changed appropriately, causing a leak) and fixed it with full transparency! As a small business owner myself, this level of customer service is what keeps people coming back. I’ll be returning here for all future oil changes! Also, I know it’s a small touch but I was greeted with a friendly welcome and cold bottle of water before even pulling into a bay. This team helped me avoid a potential emergency situation. 🙏

I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change today. Armani, Chris, and Stephanie were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I pulled in. They each went out of their way to make the process smooth and stress‑free, and their positive energy made the visit genuinely enjoyable.

I go out of my way to patronize this location. I truly enjoy seeing the same faces. This let's me know it's a great work environment. All of my vehicles are serviced there. You never have to meet a manager to know what type of manager they are because 9 out of 10 the staff is a reflection of them. I can't sing the praises enough of these guys. They truly restored my faith in Take 5 . My encounter with the company at another location was horrible. After the fifth time and calling corporate enough was enough. Stop by, have a laugh but more importantly have some great customer service. This review is coming from a retired Delhaize Customer Service Manager. Proud to say 20 plus years under my belt. #countrygirl

Definitely took longer than 5 minutes for my Volkswagen Touareg diesel, about 20 or 30 minutes. They did not have a premium oil filter in stock that would have been a $30 up charge, but installed a standard oil filter which was included in the price.
