Just stopped by the brand new Take 5 Oil Change in Lee’s Summit and I’ve got to say—easily a 5-star experience. The team was super friendly, professional, and had me in and out way faster than I expected. I really liked that I could stay in my car the whole time while they walked me through everything they were doing—no pressure, no upselling, just honest service.
Very friendly service. I arrived without an appointment and they got me right in. They had a $25 discount which made them very competitive. They showed me all the options and explained everything thoroughly. I stayed in my car and I was out in five minutes. I will definitely go back again.
Service was quick and the price was very reasonable! The manger Joy was very accommodating and made sure I was well taken care of, will absolutely be returning!
Cory, Jay and the team were amazing. I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. The oil changed didn’t take long, they explained in details about my service and cleaned my windshield before I left. Awesome team!
Everywhere else was busy, decided to try take 5 on 4/17 and the service and pricing was great. Drove right in, and they had me out just as quick. Friendly staff.
