I went to the Take5 on Shawnee Mission Parkway in Kansas for an oil change. The attendant checked, and even though it had been over 3 months and 3000 miles since my last change, he said my oil was fine and that I didn't need a change. He did top off my wiper fluid, coolant, and check my tire pressures, and cleaned my windshield. He even ran a diagnostic on my engine when I mention the "Check Engine" light had come on that morning. When I asked how much I owed, he said it was on the house! I have never felt this good as a customer anywhere! DEFINITELY TAKING MY BUSINESS THERE FROM NOW ON!

Great service provided and very friendly. The air filters are very overpriced so if you can spend a couple minutes yourself on that and leave the oil change to them it makes much more sense. But if you can't then they will do a great job regardless. Good safety protocols in place, I've heard horror stories from other quick oil change places with drain plugs falling out, etc. I wouldn't expect that to ever happen here. I would return in the future for a quick but safe oil change.

I pulled in for an oil change and was done in literally 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and had great customer service skills! They made sure to check my tire pressure, my cabin air filter, and verify that everything was done to my satisfaction. They even cleaned my windshield. Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will use their services again!

I love this place! I started going to Take 5 in my college town but ever since I moved home to KC I have used the Shawnee mission location! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They don’t try to up charge you or claim that multiple things are “wrong with your car” like other places. It also takes no more than like 30 minutes to be all done. I highly recommend this place!

Usually I go to a different location, but this location recently opened and is closer to me. I called first because I knew I was going to be arriving pretty close to closing time, and they were super polite over the phone. Once I arrived, I was offered an ice cold water which I loved! Isaac and Phoenix were my mechanics and they got me right now and got to work on my car. They were polite and professional, explained every step of the process. My oil change was done within 12 minutes and I was on the road again! I've been using other take 5 locations for a year now and none of them explained the top off process to me, but Isaac took the time to explain things to me. Happy with my experience, will definitely return!
