I just went there with my husband and while it definitely took longer than 5, it was definitely worth it our techs were the friendliest guys. We explained that the safety plate had come off after visiting a different oil place and they took there time to make sure it was attached for us at the end even though one was giving them some trouble. These guys kept us laughing and entertained the whole time we will definitely be coming back here in the future! Thanks to Noah, Asrie, and Cam! You guys were the best and definitely deserve a raise!
Had a wonderful experience at take 5 oil change off of 36 in Avon. Being a single mother it is hard to get things done such as an oil change with my baby in tow. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with a friendly smile and was able to stay in my car while my baby slept. The gentlemen even gave him a juice box and fruit snacks! Kyle, Mason, and the other gentlemen were extremely fast, courteous, and kind. They were knowledgeable and did not try to oversell me which i appreciated. I will definitely be returning and recommending take 5 oil change to others. Thanks guys!
Kyle, Elijah, and Asrie were great! Professional, friendly, and knowledgable about their profession, and even offered maintenance suggestions. I loved how they communicated and confirmed info back & forth amongst each other, because the last time I had a car serviced at Take 5 on w. 38th St, they over filled the oil, causing my truck to leak, smoke, and be taken to the mechanic for draining. Great location in Avon! 🙂
Stevo and Noah both got me right at the ass. Crack of dawn didn’t have no attitude about it didn’t have no smirk comments literally pulled me in And got right to work couldn’t be more pleased with the service that I had today even got me right with the mobile one OW 30 In-N-Out and literally 10 minutes. Steven and Cam gave great service they greeted me nicely and topped off my fluids. They also noticed my wipers were worn out so I could get them replaced with news ones. they also gave me a windshield wash. It was an overall great service I have no complaints.
