Man, these guys were GREAT! !! 1st of all: Open on Sunday...on MOTHER'S DAY?!!! (Wow!) 2nd: They all worked together as a team; They interacted and communicated details of the service like they were trained soldiers...who obviously knew their stuff! 3rd: They were genuine; They made eye-contact, conversed with me so that I felt they were really listening and understanding my concerns about my vehicle! 4th: They were fast! (In and out in like 15 minutes or less...and I couldn't be happier! They've made a regular customer out of me from now on!) (Goodbye, Jiffy-Lube!) THESE GUYS ARE THE TOP TIER OF CUSTOMER-SERVICE...NO JOKE!)
I had such a great experience with 5 Minute Oil Change in Twin Falls. I was traveling from Las Vegas to Seattle when a warning light came on, so I stopped in to have it checked out. Michael was incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure everything was okay.
I stopped by for an oil change and asked if they accepted walk-ins, they had me pull forward right away and even offered me a water, which was a nice touch. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I had a great conversation with the manager, and they made sure to show me my oil and confirm everything looked good. They also topped off all my fluids and checked my tire pressure, and noticed my filter was on its last life so they had replaced that for me as well! The entire process only took about 15–20 minutes. Fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing an oil change.
