I have been coming to Take5 for around a year now. They are always kind and professional. This last time they recommended I replace my air filter, but they didnt have a new one available. It reminded me that they said the same thing last time. Upon hearing this, the opted to go buy one from an auto part store, so they could replace it for me. They also said they would order a couple to have on hand the next time I need it replaced. They went above and beyond.

Wow these guys were great. I did have a few choices but I needed the oil changed as early as possible because I was only traveling through on my way back to Utah that day . The extra few minutes were so worth it. I got there right as they opened at 7:00am. I was able to stay in my car and listen as the mechanic under the car reported exactly what he was doing up to the mechanic who was finalizing the transaction, it literally sounded like two rock climbers talking and giving responses letting each other know what they needed to do to be safe. There was no upselling, no hassle just straight forward oil changed. Then the mechanic who was talking to me traded places with the mechanic to double check the work that was done, and came back and reported there were no drips or other issues under the car. That gave me such great confidence that my trip home would be smooth. I am so impressed. Online I found a coupon, they accepted it with no questions and as I was driving away they handed me more coupons. Great experience, great people, very thorough, and worth the few min detour from I-84 into Nampa, Idaho.

The team worked well together. There was a ton of communication to keep everyone’s fingers and toes and other extremities safe one of the things I noticed that was really cool to see was when checking to make sure a gasket was there. They double checked with the guy up above the guy up above said yes, and then I heard you know the rules you have to touch it to make sure it’s there. That’s awesome to hear. Your blinker there so I figured Keeps your car safe and makes sure everything goes back on the way it’s supposed to so love to see that really good training from the manager keep it up guys.

I wish I could rate them even higher than 5 stars! This location is above & beyond, & it’s all due to the leadership of Dick. Dick has treated me SO incredibly kindly each time I go. He knows I don’t have much money, so he always provides me with several discounts to make the services more affordable for me. When he discovered my canister cap was missing, he bought one for me and replaced it for FREE with no charge to me. He always ensures I have something to drink & doesnt let me leave without a coupon in hand for the next visit.
