They did an amazing job and we’re really thorough with servicing my car and even hooked me up with a coupon so that I can get the best deal possible and provided water while I waited for my car to be serviced! 10 out of 10 customer service and they even helped take the heaps of garbage out my car 😂 literally went over the top. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend!! I must say I am very impressed and Blessed to have stopped here. My wife normally takes her vehicle across the street for an oil change but every time she did, it came back with problems that I always had to go back up there to get corrected. This time I took it for the oil change because we've had a bad oil leak since the last time. Sitting in line I started googling somewhere else to go and saw Take 5 was right across the street. I've passed it several times bit honestly only noticed the car wash. All I can say is we have found a new oil change home! The techs were super nice and attentive. The manager came out twice to introduce himself which was really cool. When they changed my oil filter (which sits on the top of the engine) they showed me where the gaskets were destroyed, the filter was loose and it was obvious it had not been changed in forever! They replaced it, got everything cleaned up and guess what.... no more leaks! I am so grateful for this place. They saved me alot of time, worry and monies! Take a bow Take 5! Thank you!

My husband and I both took our cars at the same time to Take 5 in Lawrenceville. I was greeted by two very nice employees. I wasn’t sure which package of full synthetic oil that I wanted, so she explained the difference between the $89.99 and $99.99 one, and that made it easy to decide on the $99.99 full synthetic oil change package. They were very pleasant, fast, knowledgeable, and I felt like I received great service at a reasonable price. With their packages, you get a few extra perks like a top off of oil anytime before the 3,000 mile mark. We did have to make a return trip to get our oil change because someone didn’t show up on time, and for safety reasons, they require two employees, but I was okay with that as long as it is a rare occurrence because I understand that the unexpected parts of life happen. On return, we were both very satisfied with their service, and provided that we still feel the same when we need further service, we will definitely continue to return to this Take 5 location. Thanks for the great service, and for making the task of an oil change the best that it can be.

An excellent experience, cannot recommend this place enough! It was quick, everybody there was super nice and energetic and professional, while also being very friendly and personable. They treat you like you know what's happening, and will walk you through what's what if you don't. Plus, they have free waters while you wait, and we even got some gummy snacks! After the oil change they checked our tire pressure, and got them all balanced out perfectly.
