I drove away from the Take 5 on County Rd 210 in St. Augustine, thinking about how I had the best oil change experience I ever had! Extremely unusual! Skyler was my service writer and Brian was my tech. From the moment I pulled up, Skyler greeted me with a complimentary bottle of water and informed me that there were 3 people ahead of me. There were 2 lanes open and 1 car ahead of me, so I had he not advised me, I would have thought there was only 1 ahead of me. He was very courteous and professional. I was prepared to wait a little while, but Brian was prompt and thorough. I felt like Skyler was genuine and honest and didn’t try to coerce me into unnecessary services like a lot of places do. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. Thank you!

First time at Take 5, great experience. Staff very informative and friendly. It was a fun experience getting to sit in the car and watch the Pro's do their thing! My car is a Fiat 500c and some instant oil change places will not service my vehicle. Take 5 did and I was appreciative of that and that they had a filter for my vehicle as well. I will definitely be back and probably get more services done as well. Coolant exchange or differential fluid, etc.. Great job Take 5, thank you. I also saved time and money!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this Take 5 location! From the moment we pulled in, the team was friendly, efficient, and professional. JJ was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt informed and confident about the service.

I stopped in today for an oil change and had a great experience. I was greeted right away and quickly directed into a service bay. The team walked me through the services they recommended and explained everything clearly while I waited.

I love that you never get out of your car. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. greeted me with a bottle of water, and of all days I left the house without water. They were very honest with what I needed and the price points. They report everything to Carfax this keeps a running record of the maintenance my car has had. I thought it was a little pricey but on the other hand the convenience is worth the extra money. I definitely will return!!
