I recently visited Shop #964 for an oil change, and Dylan was wonderful. He was kind, professional, and respectful, making me feel at ease the entire time. The service was efficient, and he gave me helpful tips about the car. Dylan even corrected a wrong from a previous visit, and I was truly surprised and appreciative. I highly commend his and the other gentleman's great attitude—they both made the visit exceptional! Sorry, Dylan, if I spelled your name wrong!
service was amazing, they took their time and made sure i was set. even did a free coolant flush when they checked the quality and saw it was awful.
John and team were professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable in answering my questions. Another customer came in seeking an oil change less than 2,000 miles after having her last oil change. They told her she didn't need another service just yet and sent her on her way. This interaction reassured me of the shop's honesty. Everyone worked well as a team. This will be my new go-to place for an oil change!
It was my first time to go to this new location on blue Angel Road. And it was an excellent one. These guys were busy but once they got me in, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes they did an awesome job and as always, they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and explained everything that they checked for me and I will continue to use them. Very nice crew very sharp group of young men working there! I highly recommend them! 👍
