Although the wait time was long, I felt things went well. I was concerned when they brought my new oil in a rather used looking warn bucket that could have been cooking oil for all I know. Got to be a better way. Replaced both air filters by choice, not because it was recommended. The gentlemen working the computer and installing filters was knowledgeable and friendly. The young lady doing ALL the real work was wonderful. Friendly, hard working and a pleasant person. Hope you keep her around. Any auto repair shop would be lucky to have her.
Special shout out to Baily who did an amazing job and was so friendly and knowledgeable and despite me coming in 15 minutes before closing, had nothing but smiles and understanding. This is one of the best oil change places I've ever been to. After multiple issues that other chains, I have been faithfully returning here for years. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They work hard to get you in and out quickly, and always greet with a cold bottle of water.
The technicians at this location were very friendly and professional! I went there with my daughter’s car and my car at the same time which my car got done first and when they got to her car, the oil filter was tough to get to and due to technical parts in the way, they couldn’t perform the complete service. Therefore, they did not charge for her car which I was grateful! I appreciate this team!
I have never been to get an oil change and they bought out 2 bottles of cold water while I waited. They also are linked to car fax and did not try to sell me things that I just had done. They acknowledged what I didn't need. This was the best experience getting an oil change that I have ever had. I used a coupon from their site and only paid $77 for my oil change. The young lady that worked there was very thorough. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
Been going here for several years was there on sunday with my wife's car and Monday with mine. you really need a coupon and my glad they offer first responders discount if not I would be going elsewhere..there's a young gentleman name ANTHONY he is really respectful courteous and very helpful.always as I can see he treats everyone with much respect and professionalism...thank you ANTHONY for your kindness and great attitude 5StArs thanks again....love the coupon deals keep it up to compete with other oil changing prices
