I have been coming here for a while now. And it is because of their stellar service. I came in twice in one week but the pressure on one of my tires continued to be low and Anthony checked it out for me and found a nail in it. Without even asking he right to work and plugged it up so quickly that I was at work on time. He truly was a lifesaver. I highly recommend coming to Take 5, they truly do care for their customers.
Place is very clean and organized ,when I got there, there was 2 cars before me, but the oil change,and filter,and the wait was no more than 1/2 hour,really good price and service. If I went to the dealer would have been at least 3 hours , plus take 5 checked all my fluids fill my windshield tank and my tires,very happy I went to Take 5, will go there again next time. A.R
The manager was exceptional! He offer us bottle of water, and was very attentive and proffesional. The assistants very knowledgeable and definitely trustworthy, you can tell they were telling me the truth by showing me the tests and results! High five to all of them. Definitely will recommends to my family and friends, and I will certainly go back for car services.
Went to Take 5 in Hialeah for the first time and the service was exceptional. Justin and Anthony, along with the manager Anthony, were kind, patient, and thorough from start to finish. One of the Anthonys noticed I was missing an air filter in my glove compartment and the other Anthony actually ordered one from a nearby store (they thought they had some in stock) so it would be there for me when I got off work to install. That level of attention and being quick to find a solution stood out.
