This review comes in a little late but nonetheless I want to thank Diego. On February 21, 2026 my 85-year-old mom's car was stuck, broke down. I called the nearest location to her and Diego picked up. I explained that my mom was stuck and was nervous and scared and he graciously offered to help her. We want to thank Diego and the mechanic who got her back on the road that day. We will forever be thankful. Take 5 Oil Change in Clermont FL is very lucky to have you all as employees. Josiah helped me out at my first visit to Take 5. Easy to say I’ll be back for all oil changes in the future! Him and his team were kind, efficient and they offered me cold water on this hot FL day. They topped off my coolant and shared concerns they had without being too pushy which I appreciated. They also take coupons which is a bonus.

I visited for the first time on 4/21/26 after my usual spot was short staffed and I was very impressed with their hospitality. They started by handing me a water, the staff was getting well trained and they even cleaned my windshield after all the engine fluids were checked and tires were inflated. I am very impressed and would definitely visit again!
