I ended up here on recommendation from the Sun City shop which couldnt service my vehicle because it was too low to get onto the bay. The service was about 30 to 45 minutes. I drove a brand of vehicle they dont normally service and accommodated me with professionalism and were very friendly and courteous.

Service was excellent. The young man assisting me was very kind very knowledgeable and super sweet to my grandsons. The only complaint I have is the cost of the oil change was $118 plus another added on 3 quarts because it was a truck taking it to almost $190. Had I not had the coupon it would’ve been just ridiculous, and then not to mention, they are not able to rotate your tires that should be done with every change.

The guys here were fantastic and honest! My wife and I were greeted and given each a mice cold bottle of water. I have a 2026 Denali and they were shocked that I was there for an oil change with the age and limited mileage. They popped the hood and checked the oil stick vs. Just saying pull on up! We both agreed that it was on the edge, but I agreed to have it done regardless. I really appreciated the honesty.

Went to have my Oil change on Highlander! Previous Toyota techs put Oul filter on too tight! Take 5 techs and manager were unable to budge filter without cracking filter brackets. Manager recommended to go to Toyota and have them do it and I did and no problems. Take five was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with even though they were unable to do the oil change will out damaged. They topped off all my. Fluid fluids and checked my air on tires. Even though they did not get my business, they were extremely pleasant and I will for sure return for my next oil change.

I usually just leave star ratings and keep it moving, but this experience deserved words. Great customer service has felt a little MIA since COVID, and the team at the Apollo Beach Take 5 completely restored my faith.
