I came here the other day after having a marvelous previous experience at the Take 5 off of Arapahoe and Parker road. Just as that shop was, this Englewood shop was also amazing: the staff were incredibly kind, very knowledgeable, never made me feel uncomfortable or that they were using my naivety and lack of knowledge about cars against me; it genuinely was one of the best experiences I have ever had at an auto place. And for that alone I will be a recurring customer at Take 5.
Conor and Jake gave the most professional and detailed treatment that my truck has ever gotten. And all I came in for was an oil change! These guys went above and beyond and they took pride in their work. They gave me important info on my diff fluid that I was unaware of. They got me in and out timely while still being as thorough as possible. They both worked really well together and I knew they genuinely cared about their craft. Highly recommend the location on Broadway.
This was my first time at the Take 5 and the best oil change experience I've ever had. I thought it would be ackward to be sitting in the car while the staff worked at my car, but it turned out to be a quick, transparent, friendly, and truthworthy experience. They show you the oil, the filter, and whatever products they want to replace/add before doing the work and you can see wirh your own eyes all the work they do. The staff were very friendly and transparent and answered all my questions. I hope the place will keep the same level of service because I will be going back!
I had a wonderful experience at the Take 5 off of South Broadway yesterday! Conor and Tyler were both kind and knowledgeable but didn’t try to push me to buy anything extra I didn’t need. I got an oil change and they checked my tire pressure/filled them with air for free as well. Overall, the whole thing took about 25 minutes- but I was literally the first person there so it could take longer if there’s a line. I’ll definitely be back to this location!
