The guys were very friendly on Mchenry store in Modesto they greeted me. It was 730. They close at eight they even gave me bottle of water. They took their time explaining everything to me and I go to their competition but you know what I might come back there. They also told me I can come and get topped off at any time and I can come and get my stuff checked you know I’m just like wow it was wonderful and they offer a military discount so they’re new their new people in town and they’re coming in with as a lion
Man, this place is solid! Literally in and out in 10 mins. The staff was so friendly and even gave my kids juice and fruit snacks! My kids kept raving about how cool that place was. The way they were talking about it, you would never expect them to be talking about an oil change place ! I also told my kids to remember how that service interaction made them feel and to not forget what top notch service looks like! Will definitely be back!
I had a very good experience at the 5-minute oil change the young gentleman that help me out was very very knowledgeable in my car and what I need for my car and to maintain the upkeep of it I am was so grateful for Gabriel helping me out because I'm an older lady in my seventies now and things are hard to come by and I'm trying to hang on to this car for as long as I can I will visit you guys again when I need another oil change and I will let all my friends and anybody who needs an oil change to go to the 5 minute oil change on McHenry thank you so much
Very impressed with the quality of service offered at Take 5. They were all very professional, and Johnny explained everything about the procedure. They even gave me a bottle of water (I forgot mine).
My first time here and let me tell you I’m so glad I found this place I do my oil change all the time but for now on I’m coming here highly recommended people are amazing great customer service I feel like I was family the way they treat people the company should be glad to have amazing people like them definitely will be here tru all my oil changes and send people there found my spot appreciate you guys rock
