Cambio de aceite en Mesa, AZ en 1265 S Ellsworth Rd

I visited 2 different take 5 locations on 4/1/2026. The first one took about 30 minutes just to tell me they weren’t able to remove the skid plate to change my oil. They said sorry and gave me a 25% off of my next oil change. I then went to the Ellsworth location in Mesa. Explained to the manager my situation. He said no worries we will take care of you. Mind you they already had 2 vehicles being worked on, and a rush of customers came pulling in behind me. No only did the take 5 team greet all the customers with water but they were able to finish my oil change efficiently with a great attitude. Ellsworth will be the only location I visit from now on. The manager there may be younger but was very personable and professional. Thank you

Stopped in for an oil change because of a coupon I had received. I called a number that I thought was the store I was gonna visit since it was on the website for that location. I gave her all the info on my vehicle and she quoted me a price which I found out was incorrect when I got there. I went ahead with the service anyway. I then asked about topping off all the fuilds like it says on the commercial says and was told they don't do that for first time customers. The guys were friendly so I went ahead with the service but don't know if I'll return because I felt like I was lied to from the jump.

This was my second visit and second location I have tried. Super friendly staff and the cold bottled water is always a nice touch. I love that they show and tell me exactly what needs to be done to my vehicle (as well as the fact that I can physically see my oil and coolant being changed). The prices are much better than going to the dealer too. My Juana appreciates the 25% military discount too.

Came in tonight around 7pm for an oil change and I was immediately welcomed with a smile and a water bottle from Collin! Joseph guided me into the bay like a pro and then they both took excellent care of me! We had great conversation while they handled business and I'll definitely be back! They got me in and out so fast, answered questions I didn't know I had, and they all just had the best energy ever! I really appreciated them, ESPECIALLY after I had the longest Monday at work EVER. They really turned my night around! Landon even gave me a couple of fist bumps as his shift ended and he left to head home (I think lol). Anyway, Joseph is a fantastic assistant manager and Collin should be on deck to take that spot when Joseph moves up the ladder! A++ my guys! I'll see ya soon! 🫶🏾❤️‼️

He ensured the process was efficient, getting me in and out quickly while maintaining a polite and courteous attitude. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an oil change, as he delivers reliable service without any issues. The experience was well worth the cost, and I will definitely be returning.
