I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Caleb! From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, respectful, and efficient. He explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons, and made the entire process quick and stress-free.
The guys at this location went above and beyond to get my car right. Their customer service is impeccable and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Even offered water. I usually don't stop at these kinds of places but I'm glad I stopped there. They need promotions and definitely raises because customer service of that kind is rare and I've been in management over 20 years. Thanks again guys for you awesome service. By the way it's the location near Chantilly Walmart.
Loved the customer service, probably the best customer service I've gotten at any place when I'm getting an oil change. they offered me a water, but I politely declined because I just got me a drink, and then they offered to put air in my tires when they noticed that I was low! They were also super understanding when I forgot to mention that I had a crack in my washer fluid line and when they went to top it off, it was pointless because it just fell out! I also really loved that they asked me if I had any coupons or discounts that I wanted to use most places don't even want to do it when you show them the coupon first! Will definitely be coming again!
I changed locations from the Atlanta Highway Take 5 to the Chantilly location. I found this location to be more careful when changing my oil. The two individuals servicing my car were very polite and through on taking care of two vehicles in a short amount of time. Highly recommend this location and the price was very reasonable.
The guys at Take 5 were exceptionally nice and very helpful with telling the problems with my car. I came for an oil change and left there with knowledgeable information on what was wrong with my car! It was greatly appreciated and the guys told me what was wrong! Thankful for their knowledge!
