The gentlemen there were helpful and respectful. With an unusually long line of customers they informed me about the anticipated wait time, offered some water and kept me informed about their progress to get to me. Once they did they were patient with my decision making process and accommodating. They checked everything, did not try to oversell, and didn’t complain even though by the time I left it was past their closing time. I’ll be back.
I had an outstanding experience on March 19, 2026 around 6:20pm. There were only two men working, yet they were managing multiple cars with impressive efficiency, professionalism, and care. Despite how busy it was, they never rushed or made anyone feel overlooked. Their skill, teamwork, and genuinely kind attitude stood out in a way that’s rare to find.
It's been a couple of weeks and I've just been so busy and then was on a cruise for 9 days. I cannot remember the people's name who took care of me but they were both absolutely precious. Very professional and very much knowledgeable about everything they were doing for my vehicle. And talking to me about everything they were doing as they were going. Thank you take 5 it cost more for me to come there but it is so much more worth it. I know when I leave my vehicle is in good shape.

I really enjoy and appreciate Take 5 Oil Change I was in and out with no problem they was very understanding and had a positive attitude he explained to me what I had to do and what I need to be done to my car and as I was sitting waiting he gave me something to drink and as he finished with my oil change he explained to me the paperwork that he gave to me and when I would need to come back everyone was there was nice and friendly and it was a clean Factory I will come back and recommend my friends and family to come there and get there oil changed thanks a lot I really appreciate y'all and have a blessed one
