The crew was amazing, they talked to me about everything they were doing and help me completely understand everything, the Young man who really helped me was Ethan , he was so polite, always smiling, and showed me everything. He explained so much and over all the best experience I have ever had . The manager Mr.James was very polite and very sweet , he made me feel very comfortable and even though I'm a female he didn't make me feel stupid for asking simple question. The atmosphere at Take 5 is so friendly and you feel like a real good friend when you got to Take 5.
I had a great experience at this Take 5. The staff was professional, efficient, and clearly very conscientious about their work—they have a solid system in place to prevent errors and ensure everything is done right the first time.
what can I say about these guys and girl except that they are FANTASTIC. the absolute definition of customer service. I came in for a routine oil change, even if that had been all that happened- I would still give these guys & girl 5 stars. My car’s starter messed up and I was not able to get it to start for about an hour. Not one minute went by without someone having their hands on that car. They helped me in every way that they could and in the end got it back going for me!!!! I will 100% be back from here on out and will be sending everyone I know there. Thank you so so much to all the workers at Dyersburg TN Take 5!!!!!! I appreciate yall so much!!!!
I had a very good experience at this location ALL attendants were very friendly & helpful , greeting with a bottle of COLD water 💦 and explaining EVERYTHING that was happening! I Will continue to come there and will be sending & telling others about this location!! REALLY WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!
Demetrius and Brian were incredibly helpful and courteous during my oil change - they even gave me and my passengers bottles of water while we waited. They kept me informed of my cars condition but did not try to upsale me on anything - as a woman, this is the first time I felt I was given honest feedback and wasn’t pushed to make extra purchases. Service was also completed in a quick manner. 10/10!
