This was my first visit with Take 5. I visited the Greer location. I arrived 15 minutes before closing. I was ready to just come back in the AM, however the staff (Amanda, Katherine, and Kyle) encouraged me to stay. I want to commend these technicians for their friendliness, professionalism and flawless customer service. The technicians were all knowledgeable and worked together as a team in unison. I typically go to the Ford dealership for my oil changes.. however, after the fantastic experience I had today, I will absolutely come back here. They ensured I was happy throughout the service, with providing water to drink, keeping me me informed of the process and being helpful in every way. Thank You Amanda, Katherine and Kyle. You 3 made me feel welcome and appreciated! Keep up the great work! Thank You!!

I needed a quick oil change and this place was right on time! ! Chase, and the rest of the staff did an amazing job. Wish I had gotten their names also. But they were wonderful and I was in and out. I like that kind of service. It’s only been open for 7 months so it’s still fairly new. Getting in is a little tricky because it sits on the corner and the design is weird. However, they weren’t busy and it was close to where I was staying. If you need a quick oil change and great customer service this is your place and I only leave good reviews for places I like. What a deal. ... I brought my own oil and K&N Oil filter for my VW Jetta TDi (it's a 4 cylinder Diesel and I love it).

I came there a few weeks ago a couple minutes before closing time. Because I needed the fluids topped off. I tried asking the one guy with the long hair, but he just walked right past me and I ended up getting helped by David, who is so sweet and helpful and it was a relief because at first I didn’t know if I was gonna get Helped or not and I know I came late but David really went above and beyond and gave me some good advice so it was a good experience and I really appreciate David or his good attitude especially when everyone else is just trying to get out of there for the night

My service writer at the Greer, South Carolina location was Gary and he was very personable and knowledgeable. A great service writer.
