Amazing service is all that needs to be said. The mechanics were knowledgeable, polite and professional. The guys worked together effortlessly, communicating with each other as a team. They answered all my questions honestly and gave me great advice. I was in a rush during my travels and told them I only needed the oil and filter change and nothing else at this time when I pulled up. Instead of trying to convince me they need to check the other services they provide He politely said, “Yes Sir, oil and filter change”! This meant a lot to me when he heard what I needed and stopped there. The only place I’ll go from now on, 5 minute Salisbury !!thanks to you all
I was greeted with a cold bottle of water. My car was taken in immediately. All employees I encountered were most friendly and courteous. I was for my annual vehicle inspection. It was completed quickly and I can only say thanx for the great service. I will be back. They’re the best.
There were 3 amazing guys working. You could tell they enjoyed their job. The customer service and conversation with them was professional and friendly. Maybe better signs on how to get to the correct pull in for oil change. But these guys helped me. Said next time they will get me in the right direction. I could not have asked for better customer service. 5 plus ⭐️. I will go back for next oil change. I hope the same 3 employees are still there.
Micheal and Jared were the men that serviced my car while I stopped in for literally an emergency oil change and they were extremely polite and got right to work and offered free services and informed me of a balding tire. I am really grateful to have found this place
The guys here were very nice, very quick, and very helpful. We got an oil change and didn't have to get out of the car! They weren't trying to sell us extra things like a lot of other places do. It was a great experience and we look forward to going back.
