Had to make a change from previous mechanic. Chose Take 5 on Albemarle Rd based upon proximity/reviews and they did not disappoint. David greeted me and waved me in, Elijah kept me informed and kept things rolling like an air traffic controller and my FEMALE tech, Steffene (TWO women work as techs here y'all 🤩) was doing the work like a pro. This crew was energetic and kept me informed. I was educated about additional services but not pressured. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for taking care of my truck.
The technicians at the take 5 were very informative, knowledgeable, well trained and highly experienced, it really took 5 minutes they explained the whats and the whys of my service that I received. The service guys were absolutely wonderful! I did however ask for a windshield wiper for my back window and it showed in their system that it was in stock… for some reason, the wiper just was snapping right so they tried to accommodate the situation, by going to AutoZone to get the correct wiper which was just two minutes up the road.., unfortunately, AutoZone didn’t have it either, that would have been discontinued… so the technicians were kind enough to make me happy with the Situation by offering me choices to make me happy.
Yes! Had a wonderful experience with Elijah and David. From start to finish the process was quick and Elijah took the time to explain everything. This was my first time at a Take 5, to get an oil change Ang got a new air cabin filter. I can say I will be coming back. Go check them out you guys off Albemarle Rd.
This is the best Take 5 in all of Charlotte! They really have a great crew over here. Andy, is always helpful and knows his stuff. Always looking out and pretty honest man. Just recently came here again and Andy wasn’t working this time. I was helped by Andrea & Elijah they were the same way looking to help and very honest about everything! Not many places you can go these days where they all know what they’re doing and not just looking to get a bunch of money out of you. They will also have you in and out no problems!
