I was greater with a bottle of water. I never left my driver's seat. Everything that needed explanation had visible signage to help. I got an oil change. They were respectful and helpful in every way. I used a digital coupon without issue. They offered some upsells, but I needed and wanted a new back window wiper, and appreciated knocking off another item from my to do list. If you haven't been there yet, I recommend you do. I had no appointment on a Saturday morning and got right in. Hands down the best experience doing something I always dred doing.
Although this was my first visit it most definitely won't be my last. These guys were amazing. You stay in your car while they complete the service they bring you the nicest coldest bottle of water ever. They have you verify everything they do. So no surprises. The check all your fluids for you and top them off. These guys work as a team and actual team not something you see much of these days it was amazing 😍 Took maybe 10 minutes from start to finish.
At Take 5, I was immediately met at the entrance with a bottle of water and greeted with a smile. There was 1 car in front of me so I waited maybe 8-10 minutes. I asked for a full service oil change and was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was very friendly, each service was thoroughly explained and while offered, any additional services were not high pressure. I normally change my own oil but it was far too cold, so I went to Take 5. The price is worth the value you receive. (Especially if you're in a hurry and you value your time!)
I went to Walmart for a normal oil change, but they said they can't get my cap off because it had been rounded. They also couldn't use the evac method bc their evac was broken. Another customer overheard and recommended take 5. I figured they would try the evac method bc of my cap issue, but no. They went above and beyond by doing everything they could to remove the cap. They even replaced it for free, but Walmart said it may be a 10 to 15 dollar charge! Tyler and Lucky showed me everything and explained everything before doing it. It was so fast! They had a lot of discounts/deals going on too! I've never enjoyed an oil change until now. The whole experience was amazing! And I didn't even have to get out of my car! I feel like everyone should experience take 5 at least once so they know what quality service is REALLY like. XD
