Awesome customer service ! Jason was extremely helpful and professional ! everyone went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met and with such curiosity and professionalism ! I had a a bit of a situation(quick fix) when I left so I called for assistance and Jason met me on the side of the road and I was blown away at his quick thinking considering I was on a time schedule he then set me up with John in Flowood( I had a Dr appt near Flowood) who was just as professional and helpful ! Definitely will return and recommend! Thanks to all !

i went in for an oil change and chose the lowest priced synthetic oil of 79. 99 and they billed me for $27 more due to taking more than 5 quarts to make the change. also spent $85 in the filter changes that were needed. probably could have bought and changed those myself for around $50. guess i paid $35 for convenience. They did show me the dirty air filters.

I’m serious about preventative maintenance. I drove 900 miles on Wednesday and my truck was 300 miles over its 5,000 mile interval. I thought I’d try this Take 5 for the first time. They performed the service quickly, and most importantly, they did it well. I crawled under it to make sure it had a new filter and that it wasn’t leaking from the drain plug. They did their job.

The technicians were very courteous and attentive. My only complaint is the pricing. Even with a $25 coupon the oil change and filter was over $100. I could have gotten the same service + a multipoint inspection at the Honda dealer for $75.

We’ve always used a different oil change place and decided to try something different. The staff was very thorough and let me know what was going on, what I needed and their recommendations. Will definitely go back.
